I need to stop using again. I was clean for about a year and then relapsed 2 months ago and have been using daily since. My ROA is smoking and I only use about .4 a day. I realize meth withdrawal isnt physically addicting, but it’s very mentally addictive and wreaks havoc on your brains dopamine and reward system. The main symptoms I usually have is severe depression and being extremely tired which is my main concern because I can’t miss work. Anyone have any tips or suggestions to make things easier? I was prescribed Wellbutrin and celexa but haven’t been taking them. Do you think it would be beneficial to start taking them again?
