Anyone else get this drilling sensation in the side of their head whenever they sniff a line?

Anytime I snort a rail I get a feeling of a drill/burn/uncomfortable sensation on the side of my head towards the back.m, like just behind my ear but more to the top of my head. Haha if that even makes sense....I've tried googling why this happens. Nothing. Unfortunately it appears as if Google has washed anything meth related off their search engine other than rehabs and government pages. Anyone else experiences?
