i haven't even used in a little over 2 weeks but i still find myself staying up way too damn late. sleep aids are tricky for me because i already deal with chronic fatigue and so many sleep aids suck for me because some cause me to wake up frequently throughout the night and some just cause bad next day drowsiness, so either way the fatigue can become crippling.
so then i decide that since i'm so tired, i should have no trouble going to bed early - but then i always succumb to the temptation of naps, which then prevents me from sleeping properly at night.
what's a sleep-aid that you find doesn't cause next day drowsiness? melatonin and benadryl make me wake up throughout the night, trazodone gives me nightmares, i don't like benzos, i don't drink alcohol...but surely there's something out there that will work for me...hell, it doesn't even need to be a medicinal sleep aid, i'll also welcome any tips or tricks that work for you !
