Missed IV meth shot

18 hours after about 0.1-0.2ml of the shot missed the mark and entered my arm before I stopped from the pain. It feels heavy and sore. But not hot and no numbness or tingling in my hands. Been taking paracetamol and using warm compresses. Last time this happened was 3 years ago and was much worse so I'm hoping this will be not too bad. Grateful for any advice or feedback. 🙏🏼
