Hi guys I relapsed 3 months ago after 3 months of sobriety actually and I'm looking for some tips to help the the withdrawl. Iv been using anywhere between 0.25 - 1.0 a day i have also been using GHB daily. I came off the meth before so have already done this back in February but it was the worst week of my life mentally and emotionally. What could I be doing over the next few days of using to be helping myself to make the crash easier? I'm not into smoking pot or drinking alcohol but I do have a few xanax 1mg and a strip of Valium 10mg. Iv been trying sleep and have no real energy but I sleep for about an hour or two and then I'm wide awake even after a few days of being awake so sleeping well isn't an option until im sober. I'm also aware that I may need to taper off the ghb which actually would help the meth comedown because I still get a high from it. Wow what a mess. I'm dreading it if I'm honest and thats the main reason why I have used everyday because I'm scared of the crash!
