Is second hand meth smoke bad for pets?

My mate that I sometimes roll a bowl or two with has just got a Chihuahua puppy. Is second hand meth smoke dangerous for the puppy?
I’ve never seen a person get high from second hand smoke (not for want of trying lol) but maybe pets are more sensitive.
Semi qualified veterinary advice probably preferred over twacked out anecdotes (but don’t let that stop you).
