At 11pm today (Sunday) I've gotten 3 hours of (shitty) sleep since Friday morning, 6am. Half way through the HB I picked up Friday night after a 12hr shift. Obviously didn't sleep at all Friday night. Went back in and did another 12hr shift on both Saturday and Sunday. The 3 hours I got, I laid down at 2:30am until 5:30am Sunday morning before work. Ignoring those 3 hours, I'm into hour 68. Still have half my original HB. My question is, should I say fuck it and give er, smoke the rest over the course of the next, who knows how many, days? Or pop an Ambien, crash for probably 12 hours, and start the cycle again tomorrow? I don't work again until Wednesday night. Another 12hr shift, obviously. I'm at the cottage and have a bunch of shit I need to get done around here. I honestly believe I'd get less done if I crashed cause I'd sleep for so long. If I stay spun I can start in the morning at first light. So tell me, what do you think I should do? And, what would you do? 🌬☁️
