I have 90mgs of addy, how much would be an acceptable dose for someone who only smokes about .15 throughout a single day?
I’ve never had a proper alka shot, nor have I dosed Tina orally.
Thus, would alkaseltzer benefit in the same way orally ingesting tina does?
(How quickly does addy take to feel effects?)
