Mouth, tongue and throat feel dehydrated to point it hurts

I’m coughing up flem which taste like bio , and when I burp it like hits back of my throat and burns awfully bad , I’m freaking out I just got milk and ice cream see if it help and did a dilaudid but idk it’s been like this past week starting to worry throat hurts if I smoke a cig it like burns my tongue it feels
