Comes out my skin!

As u read in the title the meth shards come out of my skin and no matter what i do i cant cleanse my body/face from these micro tiny shards.
it keeps itching and sometimes it stings like a bitch, i tried superhot showers body scrubs and its still there, Hair face (includes my eyelids) and my whole body skin….
If anyone knows wtf is going on and how to get them out my pores and hair please help.
