Anybody got a tutorial?

So my body got this pipe from somewhere in china. Says it's sold as flower deco as a cover. When you heat it up, the powder ignites and burns a hole in the bowl. There is no hole on the ende of the "mouthpiece" tho. I have never seen something like this. Anyone got a clue?
