On day 41 I fucked up. WTF does meth do to your muscles and vascularity? It all went poof in a single night.
Post Body

As fate would have it, I was cleaning out some shit and found a little stash I have no memory of. I don't even remember what batch, how long ago, nothing. As soon as I saw it, it was game over. I drove to the nearest store and got a pipe and blew through it all. All I can do is get back on the wagon and start over.

One question I have is what does smoking meth do to your muscles specifically? I've been working out and building muscle over the past 40 days, and have felt a nice pump daily. I was feeling great, feeling taught, muscles were firm, and I was getting vascular.

As soon as I inhaled that first cloud it was like I deflated. My definition went away, and all the vascularity I had vanished. WTF happened? Is it a sudden drop in blood pressure that causes this? Can I get back to where I was since I only smoked it all that one night relatively fast? How far did that set me back I guess is what I'm trying to understand. How could doing a few bowls literally destroy my muscles so rapidly in a single night? Is it just rapid dehydration?

Sorry I'm just so distraught. If someone can really break down what meth does to muscles and gains, I think that would really help me to never fuck up again like this. I'm fucking angry as hell at myself, but also for how could it do this to me so rapidly??

I feel like it just stole all my hard work and gains in a single night.

Thanks all.
