Very frustrated

I live in the foothills of NC between WInston Salem and Boone. I was out of the loop for a couple of years but since dabbling the past few months I have gotten exactly ZERO quality bags. I’ve gotten it from 4 different people and it’s all garbage. I thought maybe I was getting shafted but they all smoke the hell out of the same stuff. Is this happening everywhere?
