Phlegm build up??

Lately, anytime I do any meth, I've been getting big dark thick chunks of phlegm in my throat. Doesn't matter if I smoke or snort or how much or little I do. Just curious if anyone knows why or an easy way to keep it from happening or an easy way to get it out.
