Alright i have to set the pipe down to sleep

Anyone have any advice on quick ways to stop and set the pipe down so you can go last night sleep because I have accomplished everything going to massiv flails I’ve gone above and beyond what I needed to accomplish this weekend now it’s 2:20 in the morning on day three and I do not want to make it a habit of going multiple days of sleeping. I just got the cocaine under control for this reason just keep going like what the fuck I love it but hate that I need to stay healthy for my family,
