I've had severe meth psychosis for 2 weeks now, I am constantly hearing people talk to me, today I crashed my car and was standing there with the cops. And I had a 5 min conversation with my girlfriend who was at home asleep. The cops noticed and tried to put me in a hospital. I don't know what to do anymore ik I need to stop smoking but it is alot easier said then done.
