I was walking around Walmart with a friend and after about 20 minutes I started to feel lightheaded and disoriented, and it felt like I was about to fall asleep. We rolled a fat bowl and then I smoked some weed oil before coming to the store. I’m sitting in the car right now and I feel like a total dick. I slept pretty good last night but didn’t really eat anything today, and I don’t move that much at home. It honestly just felt like my blood sugar was really low but this has been happening a lot lately. What can I do to get my strength back??? Any particular foods or work outs I can do? I already do yoga here and there and I have degenerative discs disease, so just no heavy lifting. All advice is welcome.
