How can I heal my gums/teeth?

I know it’s not the best pic but my gums are dark red at the bottom area and it feels like my teeth are hurting when I chew anything. I decided to go on a little bender and this is the last day, day 4. For context I don’t eat much at all when I have shorter benders like this… but I had a popsicle yesterday 😬 not here for the judgement on that tho, just needing some advice or suggestions to clear up the mess in my mouth
