Sealing Patina and Gold flakes on copper flower.
Post Body

Made a metallic flower (copper) with some gold and a blue patina and applied polyurethane to it. It seems to make the gold look dull/takes the shine away. Would using artistic epoxy keep the shininess of the gold and possibly protect the patina better (prevent it from drying out).

If anyone has experience with ways of sealing things could you advise me?

I currently have polyurethane and artistic epoxy on me.
