Trailer hitch cargo carrier help
Post Body

Loking to make something like this. Going to use Square tubing for part going in reciever and angle and expanded metal for loading area. My questions are these, number 1: how much square tubing do i need going into reciever then coming out on the 1st piece, and im assuming the square tubing shiuld be flush with the back of the reciever and not coming out the back? Question 2 is the 2nd piece of square tubing that will sit above the bottom piece should that run the whole length of the expanded metal. Question 3: with of the loading area im assuming should be shorter then the with of the car. Is there any rule of thumb or general size i should make length and width of the loading area. Thanks
