Always heard when it was your birthday that you'd be treated to a special cut scene at Mother Base. Unfortunately due to life in general I've always seem to forget to turn on the game to experience that and refused to watch said scene on YouTube. This year I made it a point to log in today and see it in all it's unspoiled glory and let me tell you, I was moved. Metal Gear has always been my favorite franchise in video games and this was the best birthday gift I've had in years, and it was given to me by Hideo and his team. Here's to you Snake... thanks for all the amazing memories!
