Playing MGS 4 again, any fun ways you guys have found to play?

So I'm thinking of starting MGS 4 again and was wondering if there's any fun unique ways to play through the story again? Not like no-kill but like only using distraction tactics or un-silenced weapons or CQC?
I remember in Snake Eater you could take down guards with poisonous snakes which led to some really fun play throughs, using animals to knock out guards. Is there along those lines for MGS4?
