This is my first post here. I wanted to share a peace of me as I felt belongs here.. I was listening to Metal Gear Solid music. Remembering my childhood and how I grew up with this breathtaking peace of art of a game, its crazy how ingrained it is into parts of my childhood life. Its been more than 10 years that I looked back and or touched or watched the games.. to exception of V. I was kinda kicked out of the house when I was 18 years and my cousin sold all my PSX and PS2 game collection including MGS games. Recently I was watching a streamer playing MGS2 which was nice to share this experience with. Today listening to a bit of MGS music.. and its crazy how the feelings that those games created in me are brought out by the beautiful music that was made for the games. Amaizing. It also nice to be able to share few words on this topic as I was never able to really share my feelings/experiences with people or anyone at large in relation to this game since there was no such things as reddit back then despite still having had the pleasure to play MGS together with someone during different stages of my childhood life.
Just now I was listening to MGS1 end credit song. Where just before that Snake and Meryl ride of on a snowmobile.. I remembered the end scene feeling a bit sad that the game ended.
Just now I realized that the name of the song was "The Best Is Yet To Come" maybe it was Hideo Kojima's way of promesing us something beautiful? What do you guys think?
Beautiful frenchise, beautiful characters, beautiful story really just a masterpiece. Forever grateful to have been able to experience this. Thank you Hideo Kojima and all that worked on this game and you for reading this :). ❤️
