Can anyone identify?

For reference, I'm in a very large wooded park, that's pretty much a forest with walking trails carved through. I'm in Northwest Florida, and the park is between a wealthy older neighborhood and a bayou. This is the second time I've received a consistent tone, only to find these. Once I pull them out of the ground they no longer alert my metal detector, and the tone that had previously caused me to dig the hole to begin with, is gone. Any ideas on what this could be. It almost looks like it's made of clay, possibly a tile-the perforated backs kind of remind me of it, but the two places that I found these items in, are very far apart. Given we do have hurricanes, but I'm just curious as to what you guys might think it is... Any guesses are appreciated
