I just got my Wis block and i seem to have messed up.

I got my Wis bock today and in record time i seem to have screwed up. I paired my device with my phone then tried to enable WiFi and put in all my data. then i disabled blue tooth.Some where i messed up. I can connect to the Wis block via USB it shows up as com 3. and I can navigate, but It shows both blue tooth and ether net enabled. and I can not seem to toggle ether setting? i'm looking at the wis block and it has a RAK4630 radio chip, does that even have WIFI? I cant seem to find much data. What serial drivers do I need for that? I'm very confused Now?is there a way that i can just factory reset the unit? Thanks in advance
