Ok so I'm still confused. I'm taking thus class in two weeks. ,I only have my OUPV. I hold my medical card, Basic training, VPDSD,Passport. TWIC card Basic fire fighting, water survival, and approximately 900 days at sea. I'd this saying I can take tge class,but I cannot get the cert until I upgrade to AB? I thought I could take the class then be qualified as STOS
