Need advice

First time buyer here Looked at a used 2013 E350 and looks pretty darn cool. Drives smooth as well, but unsure of the hidden damages etc. Currently about 65k miles. Carfax shows 4 buyers and once it was totaled. Dealer said no huge problems but I am not a 100percent okay with that. Do you guys think that 9yo Merc is a good option ? Will it last long? I don't want to be in a spot where i have to be at the mechanic every other day. DMs are welcomed
