Mixing MX's and MR's
Post Body

So I have an MX firewall in building 1 with integrated Wi-Fi. MR AP in building 2 plugged into MX. I don't care about roaming, because clients in building 1 don't travel to building 2 and vice versa. Since I already have Wi-Fi built into the MX, I don't see the need to disable it and buy another MR. I get that you would do this if you wanted clients roaming between MR #1 and MR #2 to get the full functionality, but in my use case I don't see what I would gain. I have SSID's set to the same name/password in both buildings just to make configuration easy and it seems to work ok. Also the buildings are so far away, you don't have to worry about interference or overlap because you won't see the other SSID broadcasted. Thoughts?
