Do you think people with mental illness tend to have more often a sense of loss of self/ existential dread/crisis. I've experienced this so many times I've lost track, it's absolutely terrible experience. I have bipolar 2 by the way, and I guess that's what people/you call being unstable is. Just curious on your thoughts.
