I can't afford therapy , no much support and medicated but it doesn't really help. I'm just kinda a druggie not really but if it wasn't for my addiction to weed I would probably not be alive . Life is way too hard for me and I can barley relate to everyone else who struggles with mental health . My emotions are very extreme and I just feel like I am not made for this society. It just sucks I have to bottle it up and fake it till I make it. Is there anything I can do to numb myself to this society for the time being until I can function more like a normal person. Ik all the positive stuff working out, eating right, being positive, mindfulness and everything else .
