Hello, over the past few months I finally realized that there is something wrong or different in me. Basically I have what I call a "hyperactive brain", it's always thinking about something and I can't make it stop. It makes it hard for me to fully concentrate on something, like when I study I constantly get distracted or when watching a movie or talking with someone my mind wanders somewhere else, or when I'm making plans with someone it's a bit hard to follow along. Sometimes it's even difficult to express what I'm trying to say, it's like my thoughts are there in my head but they move so fast that I can only grab one at a time or I have to stop to collect my thoughts. I also noticed that I have some problems with my memory. I can't really remember stuff accurately, but instead I usually remember things approximately and in a generic and simple way. I realized that it's always been like this, since I was a kid. I want to understand what it is. At first I thought it could be adhd but I tried getting a diagnose and it was negative, and I don't think it could be that anymore since these are the only symptoms I have. I'm gonna see a new therapist soon but I want to ask you as well to hopefully get a better idea. Sorry for the long text, thank you if you read it all
