Feeling lost rn (coming off Zoloft)

Long story short but still probably gonna be long… Had an intense existential anxiety attack last year to which I decided that my last resort would be medication. Got to a good dose of 75mg that helped me a lot, tried 100mg and it made me feel more numb than before. So I decided with my doctor that I would like to get off, but before I did that, we tried some medication combinations to see if I can combat the low energy I’ve been experiencing. Wellbutrin, did nothing, Ritalin made me tired, adderall no different but a high dose makes my heart race, modafinil won’t let me sleep. Apparently I was low in vitamin D so after a high weekly dose my levels are good now ! :)

So After tapering off in the span of three-four months I’ve been off Zoloft for 3-4 weeks by now. Felt good and felt depressed as hell, but my anxiety isn’t an issue that much, my intrusive thoughts were terrible but when you observe them they become manageable.

So now I’m unmediated, thinking about supplements and honestly feeling lost. What to do with my life, I’m still fatigued, gained weight, hard to focus, low motivation and also I qualify under the daca program and waiting for it to come back. Feeling stunted for many years now, I just wish I had the energy to grab hold of my life :/

Should I try new medication? Any supplements? I have some adderall left and maybe I should give it another shot since I’m off Zoloft? Idk
