Non stigmatising resources for dating someone with BPD?

Hi yall:)

So recently ive (20ftm) come to terms with the fact that i almost definitely have borderline personality disorder. Right now I have a pretty big savings goal so getting diagnosed will have to wait- regardless, I know that resources (such as articles and general mental health practices ) can never hurt. Problem is, a lot of articles about supporting a partner with BPD tend to feel pretty… infantilising? dehumanising? demonising? I want to send some to my boyfriend (24m) to help him understand what im feeling and how to help, but a lot of these articles make feel gross and like an unloveable monster. Are there any articles that feel… comfortable? Or should I just write down some things myself from bits and pieces of articles?

My bf also had pretty bad experiences with personality disorders (eg. mother and ex gf) and i dont want him to get scared off. He’s genuinely the first person i know who makes me feel safe and i love him so much, i really dont wanna lose him:(

tldr: need support articles for ppl with bpd partners thag dont feel patronising.
