So I have a depression since 3 years and I am in therapy since 6 months. It helps I guess. But what else can I do to overcome it. I usually spent all my weekend hiking or snowboarding with friends. Nature and mountains really boosts my weelbeing, sometimes for days, sometimes just for those days but that's fine. Apart from therapy I will try the things below. During the week I live in a city, apart from my friends, with flatmates I get along but I am not friends with them. So I am looking for stuff that I can build in my daily routine that helps with my depression.
Things I will try: Workout/excercise Cold showers Vitamin D Get sunlight (at the moment difficult because of all the fog) Go for a walk. (takes a lot of effort, I feel weird walking around alone)
Do you have other ideas?
