she didn‘t tell me herself, mom did. pretty sure I‘m not supposed to know.

she has social anxiety, about which she talked to me a while ago but not in depth. I didn‘t know it was that bad though.

also, mom has chronic leukemia (this sounds worse than it is, life expectance is still good and treatments can help a lot), and she fears that if she dies my sister might kill herself.

fucking hell typing this out is hard.

do you guys have advice on how to deal with this? I‘m a bit at a loss. gonna talk to my therapist next time I see her but theat‘ll probably be at the end of next week.

also, are there subtle ways in which I can support my sister? I don‘t wanna go ask her for obvious reasons, except if she brings her mental health up herself. being forced into a conversation about that sucks.
