I don't know what to title this

As someone that's still coping with trauma from my past and has gotten alot of flak for it, i'm very selective about who I let into my life. But now I don't know if I'm ok with being alone or if I've just forgotten what it's like to be around people. But in the meantime I have my cat, family and steam friends for companionship. Just something I wanted to get off my chest. Thanks for reading.
