I'm currently going through a slew of mental illnesses and it's taken a lot out of me. I find it very hard to stay on track and follow through very small, basic goals. Things that I wouldn't even think much about before. This much I typically end up managing somehow, but life is full of unknowns and unexpected changes. These really throw me off, often to the point of breaking down. I barely follow my routine / structure, and when things change it can be really devastating, even minor changes.
I give myself time and space to come to terms with things, but I was wondering if there's anything that could help me cope with unexpected changes and all better?
