Half my family passed away this year and I’m scared.

My grandad just passed away today with my grandmother as well as our family dog passing away a couple of months ago and only me and my mother being the only living family members and I don’t know what to do with my life knowing that I have little to no friends I can interact with due to me not being very social and now I feel like soon everyone I know will disappear leading to me being alone which makes me stress out and in turn causes me to further distance myself from other to not disappoint them.
