Feeling like a Failure

I can't seem to get myself together. Anytime I try, something pushes me down. I want to help my loved ones, be there for them, care for them, but I keep failing. Constantly. And and I don't know what to do. I don't know how to help my mum, be there for my dad, be a solid role model for my sibling heck am I even supporting my fiance enough 😠They give me everything and I owe them my all respectively. I just keep falling short and it's driving me crazy.
