Jittery
Post Body
Does anyone else feel super anxious, jittery, start getting palpations, just low-key full freak out mode if something is supposed to happen on time and it doesn't? Like this will happen to me for something as little as me getting into the car and the next person to get in takes like 30-60 seconds or more to get in after me. This isn't knew but I'm starting to worry about it abit... Any thoughts or suggestions?
