Often times during the night, my home AC system is running and I can hear it loud and clear. But what’s been messing with me lately is that it sounds like I hear distant or quiet voices when the AC is running. I don’t know if I’m hearing neighbors on my same block or if I’m so tired I’m imagining sounds (if that’s even a thing). I’ll hear someone or thing say my name.
I’ve ignored it pretty much my entire life but it’s been a mentally tough summer since graduating and it’s become more noticeable.
My sleep schedule is pretty eh, four days a week I’m up at 6am for the gym, followed by a nap when I get home at 8am, and I’m usually awake til 1:30am basically doing nothing but nonsense on my phone. I average three cups of coffee a day lately, sometimes four. I do have a continuing history with depression.
If anyone has any advice or tips or suggestions please let me know. Even though I can sleep in forever it feels like I never get enough sleep at all.
