Any advice for moving through stuck trigger?

When I get triggered, I just get kinda stuck like I’m in freeze response. It usually takes a few days to fully pass, and it’s making it increasingly harder to get anything done. It’s happening now, and if anyone here deals with that, do you have any tips or advice?
