So I am a very hard worker. I work full time and run a successful small business on the side. For a few years I was lost, focused on work and giving my wife and kids the home and life I always wanted for them.
Now my wife wants a separation, she says I need to figure myself out before she can be happy.

She’s asking me to live out for a month and work on me. She has no interest in working on our marriage together and says me trying to fix everything is only pushing her further away. Is this the end? Do I respect her ask and do what she says or do I just rip off the band aid and move on? Does this ever work?
