It’s exactly what it says. No matter where I am, or what I’m doing, I always feel like I’m being watched. Like if I’m in my room I’ll feel like someone is watching every little thing I do, and I try to curve behavior based on who’s watching me. Sometimes it’s family, sometimes it’s friends, sometimes it’s people I don’t know. If I’m walking and I see a piece of trash on the ground or something and I’m about to walk past it, I feel like someone is right above me watching me ignore the trash and I turn around and pick it up. If I’m taking a shower I make it quick and like I’m on tv? Like, if there was censorship on my life. Sometimes I don’t curse or make rude comments or gesture’s because I’m scared I’m being watched and whatever I do will come back to me either good or bad. Again, the trash example. If I see a piece of trash and don’t pick it up, if anything even SLIGHTLY bad or inconvenient happens, I automatically assume whoever was watching me is giving me bad luck, or I got bad luck for not doing something good. I hope this makes sense
