Why is therapy so expensive

18m in uk. Moved to uni but all i feel is lonliness with no friends and failure as a person for complety missing my A-level grades on august. All i want is someone to cry at and tell me whats wrong. But all i see is £50-60 a session or £60 on betterhelp. Im already bleeding money from random shit my uni wants me to buy/charge, i cant afford it. How have you guys fixed it?
