What is the number ONE thing you do everyday that improves your mental health?

For me tbh it has been taking my twice daily blue pill (100mg Bupropion SR twice a day) that shit has honestly improved my quality of life and mental health like 95% I had no idea how much my brain was a wreck until I felt what that was.

Thankfully it was a fluke and a friend offered one to me noticing i had anxiety and adhd symptoms like her, then i went got it prescribed after immediately when i was like holy crap I have no more brain fog, anxiety and actually feel normal.

I am only starting my real mental health journey a bit late at 29 but never too late to feel amazing! I am excited for decades of better me :)
