Medication withdrawal
Post Body

I honestly donā€™t even know where to ask this. I am not intentionally stopping my medications. However this is the second time Iā€™ve felt very severe withdrawal effects because I canā€™t keep meds down due to a stomach bug. Iā€™m shaky. Iā€™m cold. Everything feels really weird and glitchy. I zone completely out pretty often. Itā€™s not safe for me to drive. I canā€™t go to work for 2-3 days after recovering and being able to continue meds. Iā€™m also kind of scared because Iā€™ve been told by a friends daughter, who is an RN, that im at a much higher risk of seizures when stopping cold turkey like that. And I swear itā€™s not because I want to. I canā€™t keep anything down. Besides the crappy icky feelings of the withdrawalā€¦ there are REASONS im on the medications that im onā€¦ the one I ā€œthinkā€ is giving me these symptoms is Geodon. 40mg 2x a day if it matters. If anybody has any sort of tips to dealing with meds while dealing with stomach bugs Iā€™d greatly appreciate itā€¦ I have 2 small kids so it feels like I get sick pretty often.
