I honestly donāt even know where to ask this. I am not intentionally stopping my medications. However this is the second time Iāve felt very severe withdrawal effects because I canāt keep meds down due to a stomach bug. Iām shaky. Iām cold. Everything feels really weird and glitchy. I zone completely out pretty often. Itās not safe for me to drive. I canāt go to work for 2-3 days after recovering and being able to continue meds. Iām also kind of scared because Iāve been told by a friends daughter, who is an RN, that im at a much higher risk of seizures when stopping cold turkey like that. And I swear itās not because I want to. I canāt keep anything down. Besides the crappy icky feelings of the withdrawalā¦ there are REASONS im on the medications that im onā¦ the one I āthinkā is giving me these symptoms is Geodon. 40mg 2x a day if it matters. If anybody has any sort of tips to dealing with meds while dealing with stomach bugs Iād greatly appreciate itā¦ I have 2 small kids so it feels like I get sick pretty often.
