I'm at risk of losing a friendship I care about because of my attitude lately.

Lately I felt more and more pressured and stressed to do well in studies, I slept late and go to school tired and occasionally snap at the most smallest things and this is starting to eat on my mental health and shit. I have a friend who recently started to be more and more distant and I realised that because of my behaviour I started to feel isolated from other people. I don't know how to properly change and what to properly do. Please help.
