Practical ways to “feel feelings”

Hey everyone, been working with a psych and he’s given me the common feedback of I need to feel my feelings. Worked through it via cbt that I’m judging my feelings which then compounds into a worse or multiple feelings.

Just wondering if anyone had any practical ways to help with something like radical acceptance or cbt for this?
