Been using a cup for 2 years. I believe I have a low cervix as I have to make sure the cup is around it or I’ll leak. I have tried having it lower and it still leaks. It’s a challenge to break the seal to remove the cup. I want to make sure I’m wearing the correct type. Is there some sort of online quiz or a way a OBGYN can help me find the right type? I have very light periods because of birth control. I can let the small Lena cup last my 2 days if a light period with no problem.
My problem when I used tampons was the string would absorb pee even if I had it tucked between the lips. Then I felt like half the tampon absorb would be blood and half pee. It made me super worried about my health. But a light tampon wouldn’t be full after 12 hours so changing to pee is such a waste and not sane.
